What do I have to do to reserve a party?
All of our packages require a $75 deposit at time of reservation. The balance is due and payable the day of your party. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. We charge a $30 fee for returned checks.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 14 or more days prior to your party date, you can reuse your deposit for another date within the next 12 months or get a full refund in the same form as original deposit payment. If you cancel with less than 14 days before your scheduled party, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. No exceptions.
Will there be someone in the party room to assist me with my party?
Yes. Your party includes your own Party Coordinator to set-up, supervise bouncing, serve pizza, cake, drinks and assist you with anything you need. Best of all, we clean up the mess too!
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You may bring your own Birthday cake, cupcakes or cookie cake, ice cream and balloons. Pizza, ice cream, drinks and more can be ordered when you reserve your party. Absolutely NO other outside food may be brought in. All food and beverages must be consumed in your private party room. *If you have a child with a specific food allergy, we will try to work with you to meet the needs of your child.
Can I bring alcohol for adults?
No. There is absolutely NO alcohol allowed in our facility.
When do I need to arrive for my party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party. This will give you plenty of time to check-in, get settled, sign waivers and go over Bounce Planet safety rules.
